Yeah, I personally am wary of adjective laden headlines with “hot, fresh,hungry leads” in them….but this is good info, so ignore the descriptors and consume anyway.
Phew! there is a lot of content there, some is repeated, as is to be expected. To avoid overwhelm can I suggest you select and prioritize 1-3 ideas you have gleaned from your research and schedule a time to implement them.
